CAM Growth Partners is a recruiting and growth consulting firm built exclusively for community association management companies. We help you hire managers who fit your role, culture, and workload. We also help you solve the people problems and systems problems that keep you stuck. Our goal is to help you move beyond mediocrity and build the company you actually want to run.
Because generalist recruiters and consultants don't understand this industry. They don't know what makes a strong CAM manager. They don't know what causes burnout. They can't screen for industry-specific fit. By focusing exclusively on CAM, we can give you expertise, networks, and understanding that generalists simply can't.

OUR SERVICES
We offer two core services: Recruiting (hiring managers and assistant managers) and Growth Consulting (solving people problems, building systems, improving operations). Many of our clients use both, but you can start with just one.
We source, screen, and place managers and assistant managers for CAM companies. We handle the full recruiting process from job understanding through candidate placement and initial support. We're rigorous about fit because we know what success looks like in CAM.
Once you're our partner, we help you solve the bigger problems keeping you stuck. That includes: role clarity and job definitions, onboarding and training systems, performance management, addressing problem situations, systems and processes, and overall organizational health. We work with you to identify what's causing turnover and instability, then help you build practices that lead to sustainable growth.
Yes. Many companies start with recruiting for their immediate hiring need. Others come to us first because they realize the hiring problem is actually a systems problem. You can use just one service, or combine them for deeper impact.

THE PROCESS

We screen rigorously using job-specific assessments and analytical interviews. Finally, we place strong candidates and stay engaged through the transition. We typically don't just hand off at hire—we follow up to make sure things are working.
We begin with a diagnostic conversation to understand your company, challenges, and goals. We assess where the biggest opportunities are. Then we work with you on the specific areas you've identified—whether that's onboarding, role clarity, performance management, or broader systems. We're collaborative and transparent throughout.
We ask candidates specific questions designed to assess not just what they know, but how they think, how they handle pressure, how they approach problems, and whether they're truly fit for CAM. We're looking beyond resume qualifications.
We measure success by whether our placements succeed long-term in the role. Our focus is quality over quantity—we'd rather place fewer candidates who actually fit than flood you with options.
It depends on the role and market conditions, but typically 4-8 weeks from initial conversation to placement. Some searches move faster; some take longer. We prioritize quality fit over speed.
We support the transition. We're available to answer questions, address concerns, and help your new manager succeed in their first few months. We also often discuss whether additional growth consulting services might be helpful to set them up for long-term success.
It depends on the scope. Some companies need focused help on one area (like onboarding) and might work with us for 2-3 months. Others want ongoing partnership and work with us for 6+ months or longer. We'll be clear about what makes sense based on your needs and budget.
PRICING & INVESTMENT
Assistants - $2,000, Managers - $3500 - We only require a $500 deposit to get started, the rest is paid once the candidate signs the contract.
Pricing depends on the scope of work. We offer hourly, project-based, and retainer options—and we work within your budget to find what makes sense for your situation.

For consulting, we commit to honest assessment and strategic recommendations. However, success depends on both of us—your openness to change and our guidance matter equally.
